Happy Jack Pancake House
All four of Bob’s children have worked at the restaurant over the years, and his second daughter Megan became partner in the business in 2020, planning to continue the family tradition for years to come. Happy Jack Pancake House is and always has been a family owned and operated restaurant. Definitely an OC icon for breakfast. This is exactly what you think it is for a beach breakfast place.

Happy Jack Pancake House Reviews
The coffee mugs are big, perfect for the hearty portion sizes of food you're going to get. I won't say the food will wow you, but the service is friendly, prompt and the food is prepared well. This is a good place to start your OC day. Call us to order, or order online for the same fresh taste that we offer in our cozy dining room. The server was great and prompt and checked on us.
The Flappy Jack’s Story
On behalf of the Flappy Jack’s team, we welcome you into our family and we thank you for dining with us. Current owner, Bob Torrey, purchased the business in 1983, at the age of 26, with no restaurant experience but a passion for breakfast and a love of Ocean City. Happy Jacks moved to its current location on 26th Street in 1992 and has been churning out breakfast for Ocean City visitors and locals ever since.

To Our Loyal Customers:
Ask if I wanted a refill before I asked him. The cost was great and the amount of delicious food you get for that price.
